Another Friday already

Happy Friday, everyone! My younger boys have spring break next week and I celebrated by buying some flowers for them to help me plant.

I've been stitching too. I may have mentioned that I recently stitched a model for Country Cottage Needleworks. Nikki's released it on her blog so I can now share it with you. It's a beautiful design and it was a pleasure to stitch it.

I also finished a couple of blocks for exchanges. One is a summer themed block by Erica Michaels, and the other is an owl themed block from a blog called Stickeule.

I'm working on another model for her now. I'm also working on an older freebie by Jean Farish called America, Land That We Love. I decided to stitch the states in the order that they became states instead of alphabetically.

It all looks so good, Rita. The new CCN is a must have...you stitched it beautifully. I love the little owl and my stitching buddy group did a secret sal on the JF piece for one of our buddy's (Nita)just because she's always doing for someone else.
hugs, babs

Thanks, everyone!

Shari, Renee and I are sal'ing the Jean Farish piece along with others in a yahoo group devoted to that.

I'd love to see a pic of the one you and your friends stitched, Babs. It's such a great piece!

Cute stitching. I just hopped over from 123. Those owls are adorable. I just found them on Stickeule. I love the thread you used.

I just "hopped" over from 123 as well. You've been a busy bee! These are great.
