I recently saw a recipe online of a strawberry crumb pie so tried it last weekend. I usually don't bake this time of year because it's too hot to turn on the oven but I baked this in the toaster oven so it didn't get the whole house hot.
It was really good! ..especially with a little ice cream on top. I sent some to the neighbors so they could help us eat it and they liked it too.
